1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using VROOM ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.

2. Description of Service

VROOM is an event ticketing platform that enables organizers to create and sell tickets, and attendees to purchase, transfer, and manage event tickets. Payments are processed through Stripe.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Purchases & Refunds

All ticket purchases are final unless the event organizer's refund policy permits cancellation. Refunds for paid tickets are processed through Stripe and may take 5–10 business days to appear. Free tickets may be cancelled at any time.

5. Ticket Transfers

Tickets may be transferred to other users via the Platform. Transfers expire after 7 days if not accepted. Resale of tickets outside the Platform is prohibited unless explicitly allowed by the organizer.

6. Event Organizers

Organizers are responsible for the accuracy of event information, fulfillment of their events, and compliance with applicable laws. VROOM acts as a technology provider and is not responsible for the events themselves.

7. Limitation of Liability

VROOM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

8. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
